| At The Dog House we have
recognised the need for specific dog walking services to
meet your individual needs.
NAUGHTY DOG WALKS
We
have started to offer walking groups specifically for
difficult dogs and dogs that need extra attention (naughty
dogs don't teach
other naughty dogs anything they don't already know!!).
This is a great opportunity for us to monitor you and your
dog's progress, as well as, a chance for you to get back
your confidence when handling your dog. Here we can also
show you the best techniques to use when walking your dog in
the exact place you need help! Nobody has to feel
embarrassed as everyone is in the same boat and experiencing
similar problems.
Walks cost £10 and are
currently run on Saturdays at 13.30pm
at Blackheath (near Wonersh, Guildford). Please call or
text Glenn on 07735 584 684 to book a place on one of these
walks as spaces are limited. Two instructors attend these
walks. (Although we make every effort to keep the website up
to date times are subject to change so please call to double
check).
If anyone is
interested in a "naughty dog" walk during the day, please
call or text us with your preferred times and we will try to
arrange these to suit everyone.
DOG WALKING
All dogs need a daily walk to enjoy a happy and fulfilling
life. A tired dog is a happy dog as they say!
Unfortunately work commitments, children, a new born baby or
illness can mean that it is not always possible to find
the time to provide this for our canine companions.
We now offer an individual dog walking service tailored to
your needs. The benefits of the service include:
Having a qualified dog trainer walk your dog
Personal pick up and drop off service to your home.
One dog at a time (or only dogs from the same household) for a
personalised service.
Your dog taken on a variety of walks.
Providing on or off lead walking, depending on your
needs.
Reinforcing any training you have done with your dog
i.e. loose
lead walking, recall, manners at roadsides etc.
Dog Walking Charges are:
Monday to Friday £15/walk
2+ dogs from the same household £20/walk
Weekends and Bank Holidays £25/walk
2 dogs from the same household £30/walk
Areas covered: Mostly
Guildford and surrounding areas, although please contact us
to see if we can cover your area.
